Clery Act

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act for short) became federal law in 1990. It is considered a consumer protection law that focuses on transparency around campus crime policy and statistics.

Humboldt has created a separate Clery Act webpage, with resources and information specifically related to the campus. For more on the Clery Act, please visit: https://clery.humboldt.edu/clery.

Humboldt has also created a roadmap of what happens when you share your story. For more information, click on this link: https://hum.link/Options_Map
