Online Crime Report
You may use this system to submit a non-emergency report and print a copy for free. Report emergencies by calling 9-1-1, contacting a police officer in person, or via the RAVE Guardian app. Only incidents that occurred on Cal Poly Humboldt's proeprty may be reported using this system. Non-emergency crimes can also be reported over the phone by calling (707) 826-5555 or from an on-campus blue light phone.
Please Note:
- All cases filed using the Online Reporting System will be reviewed.
- Upon review, if further investigation of your case is needed, you may be contacted.
- Filing a false police report is a crime per Penal Code 148.5(a).
Online Crime Tip
This form is meant to report non-emergency crime tips in which you are not the victim. Report emergencies by calling 9-1-1, contacting a police officer in person, or via the RAVE Guardian app. Please give as much detail as possible when submitting your crime tip. Crime tips can also be submitted over the phone by calling UPD at (707) 826-5555 or from an on-campus blue light phone.
